I have registered for a Basic Account with IFRS; can I use these details to purchase a publication or subscription from the Web Shop?

If you have already registered an account and would like to make a purchase with us, the next step is to add your billing and shipping details to your account.

To do this, first log in to the web shop. On the left hand menu, under where it says “Quick Links”, please click on “Manage your Account” and complete the required address fields.

Can I pay with a card registered to a different address to the delivery address?

Yes, you can. Please ensure that the details provided during the payment process are correct to avoid any issues with the transaction.

My billing address is not being accepted. Can you help?

To clarify, the billing address provided during checkout must match the address that the bank has on file for the card you are paying with. If you continue to experience issues we would strongly recommend checking with your bank to ensure the details

How do I change the address details on my account?

To update or amend the address details on your account, please log in to the web shop. On the left hand menu, click “Manage your Account”.

Can I download copies of my own invoices?

To download an invoice, log into the web shop and select “Print Invoices” from the menu on the left hand side.

Where can I find my existing quotations?

To view all outstanding orders on your account, log into the web shop and select “Make Payment” from the menu on the left.

Can I change the recipient of a subscription once it has already started?

If you need to make changes to the recipient or email address on a subscription, please email with the current details of the subscription and the new recipient. Before we are able to change, the new email address will need to be registered in our system by completing the following steps:

•   To register your details, go to our website here.

•   You will receive an email. Click the verification link within the email to confirm your
    email address. Please note: the link will only be valid for 24 hours.

I recently purchased a comprehensive subscription. When should I expect to receive the books?

As part of the comprehensive subscription, customers will receive hard copies of all the publications released in English during the time that their subscription is valid. The publications will be sent as and when they are published through the year with our main publications typically released at the beginning of the year.

I have an active subscription but I am having problems logging in. What do I do?

We would strongly recommend resetting your password here in the first instance. If you are still experiencing difficulties logging in after resetting your password, please email together with a screen shot of the error message you receive and we will be happy to look into this further for you.

Are your subscriptions auto renew? How do I renew my subscription?

No, your subscription will never auto renew. Customers will receive a reminder email together with a renewal invoice 90 days before the end of your current subscription period. Customers can then log into the web shop and make payment for their renewal. If you require a renewal invoice before this time, please email and will can create a renewal invoice on your behalf.
