CD-ROM
Official pronouncements issued by the IASB at 1 April 2012 together with IASB
exposure drafts, discussion papers and other IASB and IFRS Foundation materials.
Includes IFRSs with and effective date after 1 January 2012 but not the IFRSs
they will replace.
What's New?
The CD includes the following changes made during 2011:
- Four new
standards—IFRSs
10, 11, 12 and 13;
- One new Interpretation—IFRIC-20;

Seven revised standards—IFRSs
7 and 9 and IASs 1, 12, 19, 27 and 28;
- Amendments to IFRSs that were issued
as separate documents; and
- Amendments to other IFRSs resulting from those
amended standards
This edition includes amendments to IFRSs that have an
effective date after 1 January 2012. It does not contain documents that
are being replaced or superseded but remain applicable if the reporting entity
chooses not to adopt the newer versions early.
The CD-ROM
costs £84 for a single user on a stand alone PC. For a
network enabled version a minimum of two user licenses are required to be
purchased. The CD uses powerful eComPress technology and is easy to install and

documents, within notes. Upgrade from a previous version of the CD-ROM and
import your annotations directly into the 2012 edition.
- Expanded
Windows Functions: print an entire document, or just a highlighted section; copy
and paste, or drag and drop to Word or send via email - all formatting is
preserved.

The CD-ROM is copyright of the IFRS Foundation® (formerly known as the IASC Foundation® or IASCF®). With respect to the CD-ROM specifically, you may
print limited extracts of an International Financial Reporting Standard® (IFRS®) or International Accounting Standard® (IAS®
) or other IASB publication from the
CD-ROM disk, but only for your own use, and may not distribute copies. The
reproduction of entire Standards or other IASB publications or substantial
extracts of such publications requires the separate written permission of the
IFRS Foundation.
