If you have placed an order and have not yet received, please Log in and go to Manage your Account, then choose Order History to enquire about its progress.  If the order has been shipped by UPS courier, a tracking number will be displayed and, if you click on this, it will take you to the UPS website www.ups.com  to track the shipment.  Orders sent by mail/postal method will have no tracking number shown in Order History, but the order status will show the date it was shipped by our mailing house.

All United Kingdom orders under 1.5 Kg can be despatched by First Class mail/post or, they can be despatched by UPS standard courier service. All UK orders over 1.5 Kg will be shipped by UPS courier only. Overseas orders that weigh more than 5 Kg will be shipped by the trackable UPS courier service option only if that service option is available to your country. Please note that for all shipping by UPS courier we must have a full street address and no P.O. Boxes. We also require an email address and contact telephone number for UPS deliveries.

Please note that IFRS Foundation sends all UPS shipments on a 'door to door' delivery service to a customers specified address. Shipments are sent with UPS as "delivery duties unpaid - DDU", which means, that the customer/consignee is responsible to pay all local applicable import duties, taxes or other charges upon arrival of the shipment into their own country in order to clear customs. If the consignee does not agree to pay these customs charges promptly and refuses the UPS delivery of the shipment, resulting in the packages being returned to IFRS Foundation or abandoned, then IFRS Foundation accepts no responsibility and is unable to offer customers a refund of their order/shipping expenses.

Please note that these are the shipping times supplied by our delivery services after the orders have been processed. During periods of high demand processing may take an additional few days.

If for any reason your book/package delivered by our courier UPS, arrives in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition, please notify/contact the IFRS Foundation Publications department within 14 days of delivery, by sending an email to publications@ifrs.org Please ensure that you hold onto the goods and original packaging with the delivery note/tracking number, in case UPS wish to inspect the parcel in the event of IFRS Foundation making a claim for compensation. IFRS Foundation will decide/arrange the return of the defective products and despatch of any replacements to you. Please do not return defective goods to the IFRS Foundation until requested to do so.
