If you have not received your order, please Log in and go to Manage your Account, then choose Order History to check its progress.  If the order has been shipped by UPS courier, a tracking number will be displayed. Click on this number to go to the UPS website  www.ups.com  to track the shipment. Orders sent by mail have no tracking number, but the order status will show the date it was shipped.

All United Kingdom orders under 1.5 Kg can be despatched by First Class post or by UPS courier service. All UK orders over 1.5 Kg will only be shipped by UPS courier. Overseas orders under 5 Kg can be despatched either by post or by a fully-trackable UPS courier service, if that service is available to your country. Overseas orders that weigh more than 5 Kg can only be shipped by the trackable UPS courier service option. The use of any of these overseas despatch methods is dependent on the weight of the shipment, the destination, the cost to IFRS Foundation and the delivery time scale.

For orders over 100 Kg, a special shipping quote is needed. Please contact publications@ifrs.org to arrange an order. Orders over 100 Kg in weight cannot be placed through the online shop.

Order delivery times will vary according to the shipping distance from London. Typical delivery times are:

Courier Shipments
For UPS courier shipments we must have a full street address, an email address and a contact telephone number. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

UPS shipments are a 'door to door' delivery service to a customer’s specified address. Shipments are sent with UPS as "delivery duties unpaid - DDU", which means, that the customer/consignee is responsible to pay all local applicable import duties, taxes or other charges upon arrival of the shipment into their own country in order to clear customs. If the consignee does not agree to pay these customs charges promptly and refuses the UPS delivery of the shipment, resulting in the packages being returned to IFRS Foundation or abandoned, then IFRS Foundation accepts no responsibility and is unable to offer customers a refund of their order/shipping expenses.

Shipping times are supplied by our delivery services after the orders have been processed. During busy periods, order processing may take a few days longer.

Damaged Goods
If your book or package arrives in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition, please email the IFRS Foundation Publications department at publications@ifrs.org within 14 days of delivery.

Please hold onto the goods and original packaging with the delivery note/tracking number, we may need to inspect the parcel so the IFRS Foundation can claim for compensation. We will confirm if we require the damaged goods to be returned and will arrange replacements to be sent. Please do not return any damaged goods to the IFRS Foundation until requested to do so.
