Pricing & Delivery Information:

Delivery is charged for all orders, with the exception being electronic products. All our orders are shipped via tracked UPS Courier.
If you would like to know how much it will cost, please send an email to customerservices@ifrs.org with the products you would like to purchase and the destination country.
Alternatively, you can check this on the shop by adding the products on your basket.
The IFRS Foundation is an independent not-for-profit organisation. Asking our customers to pay for shipping is part of our strategy to devote more of our limited budget toward the standard-setting process.

We only offer UPS Courier as our shipping method.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been shipped and it takes between 2-7 business days for the parcel to arrive.
A signature is necessary at delivery, so we cannot send to a PO Box address.
If you have any questions regarding alternative shipping, please email customerservices@ifrs.org, and we may be able to offer alternative methods.

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination.
Any such charges levied in relation to the customs clearance must be paid by you.
It is accepted by you that IFRS Foundation has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance.
We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your order.
You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid.
In addition, any charges for important clearance will be paid by you, the customer.
If these fees are not paid on time resulting to the abandonment or return of your order, the IFRS Foundation will not offer refunds or replacements.

The most straight forward way to place your order and make your payment is online through the web shop using a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX card.
We are happy to accept payments by bank transfer or cheque, but you will need to request a quotation invoice from us first in order to do this.
Please email us with the details of the products or services you would like to order at customerservices@ifrs.org.
For all bank transfer payments, please ensure you include the IFRS Foundation's Order number in the reference field on your bank's transfer documentation.
Failure to do so may delay your order significantly as we may not be able to identify your payment.

Banks may charge a fee for transferring money internationally and this amount will vary depending on your bank and the amount of money being transferred.
We would recommend checking with your bank on any applicable fees before transferring any money to ensure we receive the correct amount, as failure to do so will result in your order being delayed until all monies owed are received.

Yes, VAT will be charged on all electronic products for all EU customers who have not supplied us with a valid VAT number.
The Digital & Print Subscription is made up of books which are not liable for VAT and electronic online access which is liable for VAT.
The rate charged for VAT is a composite rate which varies depending on the EU country.

Courier Shipments
For UPS courier shipments we must have a full street address, an email address and a contact telephone number. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

UPS shipments are a 'door to door' delivery service to a customer’s specified address. Shipments are sent with UPS as "delivery duties unpaid - DDU", which means, that the customer/consignee is responsible to pay all local applicable import duties, taxes or other charges upon arrival of the shipment into their own country in order to clear customs. If the consignee does not agree to pay these customs charges promptly and refuses the UPS delivery of the shipment, resulting in the packages being returned to IFRS Foundation or abandoned, then IFRS Foundation accepts no responsibility and is unable to offer customers a refund of their order/shipping expenses.

Shipping times are supplied by our delivery services after the orders have been processed. During busy periods, order processing may take a few days longer.

Damaged Goods
If your book or package arrives in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition, please email the IFRS Foundation Publications department at customerservices@ifrs.org within 14 days of delivery.

Please hold onto the goods and original packaging with the delivery note/tracking number, we may need to inspect the parcel so the IFRS Foundation can claim for compensation. We will confirm if we require the damaged goods to be returned and will arrange replacements to be sent. Please do not return any damaged goods to the IFRS Foundation until requested to do so.
