This is the official edition of the International Accounting Standards Board’s (IASB) revised IFRS Practice Statement 1 Management Commentary. The revised IFRS Practice Statement 1 supports improvements to and greater global alignment in management commentary and narrative reports accompanying the financial statements.   
 
In developing the revised IFRS Practice Statement 1, the IASB worked closely with the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) to help to align the two boards’ respective requirements and to facilitate the disclosure of connected information across a company’s financial reports.
